Paul: Strong believer of positive measurable social change to empower community and young people. I have been a youth worker for 20 years working on and leading school-based programs, managing street based outreach programs, youth support and counselling, drop in programs, personal development programs, youth committee programs, building youth centres and running service models. I believe young people are experts in their own lives and their voice needs to be advocated for and heard. Father to three awesome kids and married to an awesome wife.

Stephanie: I have been a youth worker for five years and in that time I have worked within local government and youth residential units providing support for young people. I have worked on drop in programs, street based outreach, recreational programs, programs to develop young people's leadership and interpersonal skills and many more! I strongly believe that all young people are unique and deserve the chance at creating positive and fulfilling lives.

Pavel: I am a passionate youth worker with a background in the arts and music and a love for sport.  I have spent the last 5 years working towards empowering young people through a range of programs and approaches, from bush adventure therapy in the Alpine National Park to narrative song writing workshops at a drop in centre.  I get energized by seeing positive change in young people and strongly believe that young people are the voice of our future and that they need to be heard!

Georgia: I have been a Youth Worker for 23 years in both local government and the community sector.  I have led a Youth Resource Centre, I have supported and helped develop young people from diverse backgrounds, I have run a broad range of personal development programs, and I have coordinated many large youth participation events such as Youth Summits for local youth. I am energised by empowering young people to grow in confidence and skills, and believe the best way of doing this is by giving them loads of opportunities to be actively engaged. On a personal level, I have a young son who’s full of beans, a great partner and friends/family. I also love music and dancing, craft, gardening, reading, and keeping fit and active.

Alanys Lewis Eriha

Being a 20 year old in todays society is really difficult, so to be a apart of Youth Centre like Innovation Youth Centre (IYC) is very rewarding. I have been apart of the IYC reference for about a year now and have developed my leadership skills and I feel apart of something. I feel when IYC fully operates with a location/hub it will give young people and community a place to go to and help them not hang around on the streets. It will give us teenagers the opportunity to expand our horizons, to innovate and create to build a better our selfs.
